How The Sunday Meal Prep works
Follow this system of easy steps and prepare meals out of modular recipes.

Step 1: Grocery shopping and planning
You get a shopping list with everything you need to buy for 5 meals for next week.
Step 2: The Sunday Meal prep
Follow the recipes to batch cook the base modules for the recipes of the week. It will mostly be a vegetable roast, a protein, a couple of sauces and a carb for the first days.
Step 3: Daily assembly
You get 5 short recipes for the assembly of the dish of the day. Some days you have everything you need in the fridge from The Sunday Meal Prep, some days you have to cook an element to finish the dish. You can enjoy the meal at home right then, or put it in a container for work or school.
